All staff are carefully selected for their love of animals, their pet care experience, and characteristics such as maturity, responsibility and dependability. Most are currently pet owners themselves and all are trained, continuously monitored and supported. 

We check all references before anyone starts working with us, then we train them and often do a handover walk for regular dog walkers. 

Customers should note that it would not now be legal for us to ask an employee or job applicant for a police check/CRB check because our work does not fall into the legally entitled categories - i.e. those who work with children or vulnerable adults.
